Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for Project Manager to join our team!

What you will do:

• Responsibility in design and implementation software application.
• Working with team to develop company’s products.
• Mentor and train more junior developers.
• Other tasks will be assigned by the manager.

Primary Role of Position:

Initiate project kick-off, define scope, planning, execution, and project close out.

Responsible for accomplishing the project objectives & deliverables within project timeline

Responsibilities

• Defining and communicating project scope, objectives and deliverables that are clear, useful and attainable.
• Coordinating with Integration Engineer, and other stakeholders to create and finalize implementation plan.
• Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using Microsoft project.
• Managing communication with stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Monitoring and tracking project milestones and deliverables.
• Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documents and presentation.
• Changes management and identify issues related to the changes.
• Identify project timeline issues and request team member making correction.
• Signing and closing project.
• Following the company’s defined working processes and policies.
• Managing project conflicts.
• Building and motivating team.

Requirements

• English proficiency both speaking and writing.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
• Persuasive, encouraging and motivating.
• To be able to multi-task and plan effectively when working with a variety of project teams in an often high-pressure, competitive environment

Education/Training Preferred

• Bachelor degree of IT / Software / or Management with self-taught or hobby in technology.
• - 1 year professional experience in software development, with at least 1 year experience in a Project Manager position in a corporate environment.

Addition skills that are desirable:

• Having domain knowledge in supply chain is a plus.
• Having knowledge in EDI implementation is a plus.
• Certification on Project management is a plus.
