  • Responsibility in design and implementation software application.

Primary Role of Position:

New Hire Trainer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced New Hire Trainer to join our Training Department.

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for helping our new employees to build their skills and knowledge. You will be also organizing informative training sessions to improve the skills of our new personnel.

You should have a strong knowledge of your field of training. You should also have a positive attitude and amazing organizational skills. You should be highly proficient in time management and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Develop programs and curriculum for the employee of the organization for orientation and in-job training
  • Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops to the employees and develop appropriate modification if needed
  • Collaborate with the company’s management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees
  • Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training
  • Ensure the compliance of the company’s employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions
  • Provide support and mentoring for new employees while conducting an evaluation and identifying sections where improvements are needed
  • Preparing a hard copy of training material such as module summaries, presentations, videos
  • Collaborating with management to evaluate the company’s training requirements.
  • Mentoring and supporting new employees.
  • Conducting an analysis to identify the areas of improvement.
  • Selecting and booking the venues for training
  • Fixing and adhering to the decided training budgets
  • Keeping records and managing the attendance of the employees for training

Requirements

Experience years:

  • 2+ years of proven work experience as a Corporate Trainer, Technical Trainer or Training Specialist.

Skill

  • Good command of English
  • Willingness to adopt new training techniques incorporate teaching.
  • Expert in MS Office and e-learning software.
  • Amazing analytical and decision-making skills
  • Strong knowledge of training procedures, methodologies, and materials.
  • Extraordinary public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Other Requirements:

Education/Training Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business and Finance or in a relevant field.
